Alongside water resistance, air resistance in strong conditions has a significant impact on efficiency performance ships with box-type bodies. This paper reports effects acting 20,000 TEU carrying numbers deck containers using commercial CFD software program (ANSYS Fluent V14.5 RANS equation).
